Hello friends, and welcome to another Dr Frank Weakly Reader, that thing I do where I attempt to index my own internet for future findability since, as we all know, though few care: it ain’t gonna index itself.
I slacked off and skipped last week so this is two weeks’ worth… read along if you like.

FRONT BURNER
— RAD-18–1: sort of a “tease” I guess you’d say, of the next Sounds Radical release. LP. Test pressing. You’re gonna like the way it sounds.
Really excellent mastering from Justin Perkins and cutting from Well Made Music. It would be less of a tease if I typed much more, but all will be revealed soon enough.
MTX FOR FUN AND PROFIT
— The Time Bomb Tom Rock N Roll Hall of Fame: an honor just to be nominated.
— "The only two bands in the world that matter…”: a poster from the Lookout Freakout Euro Tour 2001, featuring the Queers and MTX.
I don’t know exactly how that wound up on the poster, but it’s something Joe used to say from the stage all the time in those days so that’s the source.

Here I am practicing (or rather pausing to take a photo while practicing, as one does every three seconds in the narcissistic age.) And here’s my pre-show… “still” I guess you’d call it. (Inset, left.)
You know that line that goes “I live in a little hole…”? Same hole, and I still live in it.

Pretty solid. “Book of Revelation” was the hardest, and surprisingly viable as an acoustic song, as was “Tomorrow Is a Harsh Mistress.” Might do those again some time.
